About Us

We believe that meaningful change doesn't require dramatic overhauls — just small, intentional experiments repeated with care.

Our Story

Simple Living Experiments started in 2023 as a personal blog by our founder, who was overwhelmed by the endless productivity advice available online. Instead of following complex systems, she started running small weekly experiments on herself.

The results were remarkable. Not because any single experiment was life-changing, but because the practice of intentional experimentation created a compound effect of positive change.

Today, we're a community of over 14,000 experimenters worldwide, all committed to the idea that simple, small changes — tried with curiosity and reflection — can lead to a more intentional life.

Our Values

🌱

Simplicity First

Every experiment must be simple enough to start today, with no special tools or preparation needed.

🔬

Curiosity Over Perfection

We approach life changes as experiments — there's no failure, only data and discovery.

🤝

Community Support

Change is easier together. We share results, celebrate wins, and learn from each other's experiences.
